Can you handle a high-rise COI and elevator reservation?

Yes — that's most of what we do. Send the building name and we coordinate the COI (with the building's named additional insured), the elevator window, and the loading-dock slot directly with the management office.

Do you bring a 2-person crew?

Every white-glove job is 2-person minimum so cabinets, appliances, and hardwood bundles never get dragged or dropped. Larger pieces or 4th-floor walk-ups bump to 3 or 4.

How do you protect finished floors?

Ram board on hardwood lanes, blankets on transitions, and no pallet jacks on finished floors — ever. We carry our own floor protection so we're never relying on what the building has on hand.

Can you take debris and packaging with you?

Yes, on request. Cardboard, foam, blanket wrap, and pallets — we'll haul it out so the homeowner or installer isn't left with a garage full of trash.

Inside placement only, or do you also assemble or install?

We deliver and place in the room. We don't do installations, but we do simple and standard assemblies — then we set them exactly where your installer or homeowner needs them so the install starts cleanly.
