Our Commitment

Just In Time Delivery is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We design and build with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text, and support for the prefers-reduced-motion system preference.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Address autocomplete suggestions are powered by a third-party service (Google Places). We have layered our own combobox semantics on top, but some screen reader announcements depend on the underlying provider.
• Embedded customer reviews are loaded from an external review platform and may not always meet our internal accessibility standards.
• Older PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully tagged. Please contact us for an accessible alternative.

Assessment Approach
