What's included

Two-person crew

Every white glove job runs with two trained people, so nothing gets dragged, dropped or wedged through a doorway alone.

Blanket-wrapped and strapped

Moving blankets, corner protection and ratchet straps in a padded truck. Your freight arrives the way it left.

Inside, room of choice

Through the door, down the hall, up the stairs, into the elevator, set exactly where the customer wants it.

Unpacking and assembly

Cartons opened and light assembly completed where the product and scope allow. Specialized installation, leveling and trade work are quoted separately when available.

Debris removal

Cardboard, foam, shrink wrap and pallets go back on our truck. Nothing is left behind for someone else to handle.

Insured, COI on request

Licensed and insured Florida carrier. We send a certificate of insurance — including additional-insured wording — before we come on site.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send us the delivery

Use the quote tool or call it in. Give us the pickup, the drop, the piece count, and anything unusual about the site — gate codes, stairs, elevator, tight driveway.

  2. 2

    We schedule the crew

Two people, a padded truck with a liftgate, blankets and straps. You get a confirmed window and a certificate of insurance if the site requires one.

  3. 3

    Inside, placed, packaging gone

We deliver into the room, place and assemble, haul away the debris, and confirm completion back to you the same day.

Where we run

We run white glove delivery across the whole Tampa Bay region — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Bradenton and Sarasota — and out through Central Florida to Lakeland, Winter Haven, Ocala, Kissimmee and Orlando. That covers Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Marion and Orange counties. Longer hauls out of the area are quoted case by case; call dispatch and we will tell you straight whether we are the right truck for it.

Questions we get asked

What does white glove delivery actually include?
A two-person crew, blanket-wrapped handling, delivery inside the building, placement in the room you specify, unpacking and assembly where it applies, and removal of the carton, foam and pallet when we leave. Nothing is left on the curb and nothing is left in your customer's driveway.
How much does white glove delivery cost in Tampa?
Pricing is by distance, pallet or piece count, and how much handling the job takes — stairs, long carries, elevators and assembly all factor in. Our quote tool prices a white glove run in about 60 seconds and emails you a written number, so you can price the job in front of your customer.
Do you deliver inside homes and up stairs?
Yes. Inside placement, stairs, elevators and tight-turn carries are standard white glove work for us. Tell us the floor, the door width and whether there is an elevator when you request the quote so we send the right crew size.
Will you take the packaging with you?
Yes — cartons, foam, shrink wrap and pallets leave with our truck unless you ask us to leave them. Your customer gets a finished room, not a pile of trash.
Are you insured, and can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are a licensed and insured Florida carrier and we provide a certificate of insurance on request — including additional-insured wording for builders, property managers and gated communities that require it before we come on site.
Can you do the final delivery for my store or showroom?
That is most of what we do. Furniture and decor stores, tile and flooring showrooms, cabinet shops, installers, interior designers and luxury home builders use us as their delivery department — we show up in clean trucks, protect the finished space, and report back the same day.
Do you handle hardwood flooring deliveries into finished homes?
Yes — hardwood, LVP and tile into finished and occupied homes is core white glove work for us. We run ram board on hardwood lanes, blankets on transitions, and no pallet jacks on finished floors, ever. Bundles are carried in by a two-person crew and placed where your installer needs them.
How fast can you schedule a white glove delivery?
Scheduling is based on crew, equipment and building availability. Recurring weekly delivery days can be reserved for accounts, and dispatch will confirm the available window before booking.
