Same-Day & Hot Shot
When it needs to move today, we check the route and give you a real window.
Availability-based same-day and hot-shot final-mile delivery for distributors, builders, fabricators and trades across Tampa Bay and Central Florida. One box or a full flatbed, liftgate or forklift offload, with timing confirmed before booking.
What it costs
You see the number before you commit — no fuel surcharge surprises, no accessorial invented after the fact. Hot-shot direct runs are priced as a dedicated truck because that is exactly what you are getting.

Availability checked in real time
Order time, freight readiness, route capacity, distance and equipment all matter. Dispatch confirms the available window before you commit.
Dedicated hot-shot option
One load, one truck, no other stops. When the line is down or the crew is standing around, this is the one you want.
Right-sized equipment
Sprinter van to 5,000 lbs, 16 to 26 foot box trucks with liftgate to 10,000 lbs, flatbeds to 14,000 lbs. You never pay for a 26-footer to move one pallet.
Offload handled
Curbside, garage, inside placement, or a truck-mounted forklift that comes off the back of our flatbed on site.
Licensed and insured
Florida carrier with commercial coverage. Certificate of insurance sent on request before we hit your site.
Same-day confirmation
You hear from us when it is delivered. Account customers get a portal with every delivery, estimate and invoice in one place.

How it works
- 1
Get a price in 60 seconds
Enter the pickup, the drop and what is moving. A written quote hits your inbox — no callback required, no sales pitch.
- 2
We dispatch the right truck
Sprinter, box truck with liftgate, or flatbed with a truck-mounted forklift, matched to the load instead of whatever happens to be free.
- 3
Timing confirmed before booking
Dispatch checks order time, freight readiness, route capacity, distance and equipment, then confirms the available pickup and delivery window.
Who we do this for
- Flooring, tile and building-product distributors covering a will-call promise
- General contractors and trades who need material on the jobsite before the crew loses the day
- Manufacturers and shops shipping a part that has a line down at the other end
- Retailers and wholesalers replenishing stores or moving stock between locations
- Fabricators moving material between the shop, the slab yard and the install
- Anyone whose LTL carrier just told them Thursday when they needed it today
Where we run
Same-day service covers the Tampa Bay metro — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Bradenton and Sarasota — plus Central Florida runs to Lakeland, Winter Haven, Ocala, Kissimmee and Orlando. That is Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Marion and Orange counties. Longer Florida runs are quoted as dedicated hot-shot trips.
Questions we get asked
- How late can I order and still get it delivered today?
- There is no fixed cutoff or guaranteed end-of-day window. Timing depends on when the order is placed, freight readiness, distance, route capacity and the equipment required. Call (813) 677-3209 and dispatch will confirm what is available before you book.
- What is the difference between same-day and hot shot delivery?
- Same-day service fits your freight onto an available route. Hot shot means a dedicated truck runs your load directly with no other stops. Both are availability-based, and dispatch confirms timing before booking. Hot shot costs more because you are buying the whole truck.
- How much does same-day delivery cost?
- It is priced on distance, pallet or piece count, and how the freight has to come off the truck — curbside, garage, inside, or forklift. Our quote tool gives you a written price in about 60 seconds so you can decide before you commit.
- Do you deliver on Saturdays?
- Yes. Dispatch runs Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. After-hours and emergency runs are available by phone.
- How big a load can go same-day?
- Anything from a single box to a full flatbed. Sprinter vans handle up to 5,000 lbs, 16 to 26 foot box trucks with liftgates handle up to 10,000 lbs, and flatbeds handle up to 14,000 lbs. If it needs a forklift on the far end, we bring one on the back of the truck.
- Can you pick up from a supplier and deliver the same day?
- Yes — that is a will-call run. We collect from any supply house, distributor or manufacturer and take it straight to your site or your customer, usually the same day.
- Do I get told when it is delivered?
- Yes. You get confirmation the same day, and account customers get a portal where every delivery, estimate and invoice lives in one place.
