Container Unload Bid

Request a container unload bid.

Send us your container details, site access, and a few photos and we will price the unload after a short phone consultation. Container unloads start at $1,500 per visit plus travel; the final bid depends on scope — how the container is packed, crew size, site access, and time on site.

Container unload bid questions

How much does a container unload cost?
Container unloads start at $1,500 per visit plus travel miles to your site from our Riverview base. We unload on site only — we come to you. That is a starting price, not a final quote — the final bid is set after a phone consultation and a look at your photos and scope.
Why do you need photos?
Photos of the container, the freight, and the site tell us how the load is packed, whether a forklift can reach it, and how much crew and time the unload really needs. That is what turns a starting price into an accurate final bid.
How fast do I get a bid?
You get the starting price on screen immediately. We call you — usually the same business day — review the scope, and send the final bid for your written approval.
Where do you unload containers?
Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bradenton, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Naples, Ocala, Orlando, and the surrounding counties.
Is the container on a truck or chassis, or grounded on the ground?
Both work. A live unload off a truck or chassis follows the carrier's appointment window and can include driver wait time. A grounded or dropped container lets us schedule around your hours, which is usually cheaper.
Why do you ask if the container is double stacked?
Double-stacked and ceiling-high loads take more crew, more time, and sometimes lift assistance. Single-level loads move faster and price lower.
What site conditions matter?
Surface (gravel, dirt, asphalt, concrete), slope, overhead obstructions, carry distance from the container to the drop point, gate or guard access, and whether a COI or permit is required.
Do you remove dunnage and debris?
Yes when you ask — banding, airbags, dunnage, and packaging can be stripped and hauled off. Otherwise we leave it stacked on site.
What if I have a hard deadline?
Tell us about free-time expiry, a chassis return, a vessel cut-off, or a store reset date and we schedule to beat it.
